What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM noon. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request subject to room availability. Please contact our front desk team in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you at no additional charge.

Is airport transfer available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer airport transfer to and from Murtala Muhammed International Airport, which is just minutes from the hotel. Transfers run between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM and are a chargeable service - our front desk will confirm the fare when you book. Simply inform us of your flight details at the time of booking or at least 4 hours before your arrival and our team will arrange everything for you.

All room rates include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, access to hotel facilities, and 24-hour security. Breakfast inclusion depends on the room type selected. What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date are fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a one-night charge. No-show reservations will be charged in full. We recommend contacting us directly if your plans change as we handle special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
